There is adequate parking! Just a reminder that our vendors park in the same parking lot as our guest. That adds 50+ cars to the lot making the event seem much more crowded than it truly is.
There is FREE parking and NO admission to come shop our Finds on the Farm Craft Shows!!
The jumping pillow will be closed during this event. Our play areas will be open, but we want the focus of these events to be on the craft show.

Spring vendor spaces go on sale January 9th at 9:00 am. More spaces will be added on January 10th at 9:00 am
The Fall event this year is a two day event and vendors need to be able to set up both days. There will be NO swapping out of vendors or sharing days. Fall vendor spaces go on sale February 9th at 8:00 am with more spaces being added in on February 10th at 9:00 am
Set-up begins at 6:00 am on Saturday morning.
All vendors must be set up and ready to sell no later than 8:45am, all vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area by 8:15am. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Vendors must sell items until 3:00pm, no early breakdowns permitted.
Sunday set-up instructions will be shared with the vendors prior to the event.
Anyone can reserve a space so long as they are selling a craft or good they made! We will provide a table (a picnic table) for an additional fee if needed. Niederman Family Farm reserves the right to refund any vendor.
All vendor spots are 10x10 and includes the option to rent a picnic table for $10. Please note the below options and which spaces include electricity. All vendors will need to provide their own wifi.
The Market Awning is located near the parking lot on our market porch. This space is where shoppers will enter/exit, it's under a roof and includes electricity. For the spring, this space cost $65 and in the fall it will cost $125 for the two day event.
The Pavilion spaces are located in our food pavilion used in the fall. These spaces are under a roof and certain spaces include electricity. Spaces with electricity cost $55 in the spring and $105 in the fall for the two day event. Spaces without electricity will cost $50 in the spring and $95 in the fall for the two day event.
BYOT(ent) spaces are out in our green grassy field. You bring your own 10x10 tent with weights. These spaces do not have the option for electricity. They cost $40 for the spring event and $80 in the fall for the two day event.
This event will be FREE admission. We will advertise it on our social media outlets, we expect you will also promote it on your social media outlets as well.
You can reserve a spot on our Ticketleap site using the button below when spaces go on sale. Once your spot is confirmed through Ticketleap, we will send out a contract. Your signed and returned contract secures your spot. Please note there is no refund once you have signed up
